First Day of Spring: Cold & Windy

I left the boys' coats on because it was not going to be getting much warmer and the wind was supposed to be sustained, all day. Unfortunately the weather prediction was right, it was frightfully chilly with serious prevailing wind.

Last week I threw a little bit of grass seed out in Max's field, before he later spread seed out. The seed is coming up! Even though the day is cold, the sun is bright enough and shining long enough to make a difference. Still need a good coat and gloves.

I can see that the 'no trespassing' saw-horse is lying down on the job.
