After raining for two and half days we finally have a sunny day! Started out wet, but the temps are delightful, hope that the weather stays just like this for the whole weekend.

When the economy tanked, we took advantage of the housing bust and the chance of a lifetime. It is not easy, but when you have an opportunity to attain your dream, don't think twice. I started this blog to keep track of our projects, because, well, you know. The memory is the first to go, right? People thought I was nuts getting a green 3-year old when I turned 50. Now closer to 60 than 50, we're not looking back. No one thought this was a good idea, either, but I was not looking for approval, was just reporting the news. If not now, when?
